Innovate413 is a 501(c)(3) public charity (in formation) with one clear mission: reignite economic growth in the Pioneer Valley by launching the large employers of tomorrow and reinvigorating the employers of today. Innovate413 will serve as the central hub connecting founders, mentors, funders, and institutional partners.

This region has the core ingredients for sustained growth: deep talent, world-class research, a diverse economy, and a community of leaders who’ve spent the last decade showing up—mentoring, advising, and championing entrepreneurs. What’s been missing is the structure to bring those assets together.
