Elin Hauge

Elin Hauge is a Business and Mathematics Strategist, Keynote Speaker, and Moderator currently serving at Helianthus AS since August 2019, focused on integrating artificial intelligence and data-driven technologies with sustainable business practices. With a wealth of experience as Chairperson of the Board for several companies, including Wovv AS and ZYBERIA, Elin has played a pivotal role in promoting health information platforms and innovative technologies. Elin has also contributed as a mentor to the next generation of female leaders through the female factor and has co-founded Network Development Hub, supporting technology startups in international growth. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management Science & Operational Research from the University of Warwick, along with a Siv.ing. / MEng in Physics and Mathematics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, supplemented by various certifications in NLP and fitness training.
