Melissa Perry

Melissa Perry is a Medical Director at Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York since September 2018 and serves as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at innovaTel Telepsychiatry since September 2016. Melissa obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry from the University at Buffalo, completing the program in 2015, and holds another MD from the same institution, having finished the Psychiatry Residency Program in 2013. Melissa also earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Albany Medical College in 2010 and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Siena College in 2006.
