Sheena Fowler is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic engagement, business development, and innovation, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of InnovateOrlando.io since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sheena held various positions at Red 6, including Vice President of Strategic Engagements & Business Development and Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development. At the Orlando Economic Partnership from November 2009 to July 2021, Sheena served as Vice President of Innovation, where leadership included the establishment of the Orlando Tech Council, and functioned as the Orlando Film Commissioner, promoting the region as a premier location for film production. With earlier roles in marketing and media production, including work at WMFE TV/FM and Swanson Production Partners, Sheena has a robust background in communications and production management. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and a BS in Humanities from Florida State University.
