With prior roles including Managing Partner and General Manager at MitchelLake Growth, Matt has extensive experience in leading talent acquisition efforts and fostering partnerships within the local ecosystem. In addition to significant leadership roles, Matt provides mentorship through Blackbird and is actively involved as an Ambassador for both Innovation Bay and Academy Xi, focusing on innovation and education in technology.
