Phaedon Stough is an accomplished entrepreneur and advisor with extensive experience in the tech and startup sectors. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Innovation Bay since June 2003, Phaedon has spearheaded the longest-running networking group for tech founders, startups, and investors in Australia, fostering collaboration and learning within the startup ecosystem. Additionally, Phaedon serves as a Talent Advisor at Baraja, contributing to advancements in LiDAR technology for self-driving cars. Phaedon has held various advisory and investment roles at organizations such as Q-CTRL, Blackbird Ventures, and Startmate, while also engaging as a board member for the Migrant Resource Centre Tasmania.
