With over 25 years of experience, Chuck’s extensive portfolio has seen him undertake national and international management and executive oversite for property and infrastructure planning, major capital, asset development and facility management for education, health, accommodation, and research projects. Chuck has previously worked for groups including RSL Care Australia, Charleston Consulting, Wyndham Worldwide (US & South Pacific) and Niecon Developments. Managing property portfolios exceeding $1.4 billion, maintenance and infrastructure works exceeding $42.25 million annually and large capital and infrastructure development projects exceeding $250 million in value.

Chuck’s professional qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Washington, a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with an emphasis in Project Management/Planning from the University of Washington, and Certifications in Construction Management, IT Project Management and Quality Improvement. Chuck has been with the University of Wollongong for over 6 years now and holds a key executive position charged with advancing global strategy by effectively acquiring, developing and managing commercial assets including the University’s Innovation (Health, Education, Research and Business) Campus.
