Daniel Walton

Daniel Walton, DO, FACP, FACOI, FASN, has extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as Medical Director of Care Management at Innovation Care Partners since January 2019. Prior to this role, Daniel was a retired nephrologist at AKDHC from August 1994 to December 2018 and worked as a nephrologist at Northwest Renal Clinic in 2004-2005. The career began as an internist at Group Health from 1989 to 1992 and at Sonora Desert Medical Clinic from 1988 to 1989. Education includes a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and medical training at the University of Utah School of Medicine. An undergraduate degree in Biochemistry was earned from Rutgers University. Academic foundations were established at Piscataway High School.
