Darsen Dueck has extensive experience in technology management, currently serving as Manager of Azure/Network Operations and ICT at Innovation Credit Union since May 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing daily technology operations, strategy, and service. Previously, Darsen held roles at Connect First Credit Union from June 2008 to April 2016, managing the helpdesk and IT teams while providing strategic direction on technology initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Systems Administrator and Computer Technician at Grasslands Public Schools from July 2000 to June 2008, focusing on maintaining and supporting technology across the school division. Darsen is educated at Medicine Hat College.
