Kim Chatfield

Kim Chatfield, JD, BA serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Innovation Federal Credit Union since August 2023, responsible for overseeing the organization's regulatory compliance management program and ensuring adherence to federal regulations. Prior to this role, Kim held positions at EQ Bank as Director of Regulatory Compliance Management, where integration of compliance programs was key during the acquisition of Concentra Bank, and served as Director and Regulatory Compliance Manager at Concentra Bank, focusing on risk assessments and regulatory reporting. Kim's career began at Churchman & Co. Law Office as Managing Lawyer, after practicing as an Associate Lawyer in various legal areas. Kim completed a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Saskatchewan.
