Joel Dudley

Joel Dudley is a prominent figure in the fields of genetics, biomedical informatics, and precision medicine. As a Partner at Innovation Endeavors and an investor and board member for several companies including Think Bioscience, Harmonic Discovery, and Character Biosciences, Joel actively contributes to advancements in healthcare. Joel holds multiple prestigious positions at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, including Associate Professor of Genetics and Genomic Sciences, Endowed Chair of Biomedical Data Science, Director of the Institute for Next Generation Healthcare, and Director of Biomedical Informatics. Previous roles include Chief Scientific Advisor and Chief Scientific Officer at Tempus Labs, Inc., where Joel played a pivotal role in utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance precision medicine, and co-founder of Onegevity Health, which focuses on democratizing health information. Joel earned a PhD and MS in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University and a BS in Microbiology from Arizona State University.
