Ben Middleton

Ben Middleton is currently the Operations Manager at Innovation Group PLC, leading the Midlands and Northern drainage division. Previously, Ben worked at UKDN Waterflow as a Field Team Manager, overseeing 18 operatives and receiving and resolving customer complaints. Prior to that, Ben was a Supervisor at Inspect-A-Drain Midlands LTD, where Ben completed drainage and water supply repairs while supporting their team members. Ben received their education from King Edward Community College.
