Kara I Morgan is the Founder, COO, and Lead Innovator of PlanIt! Efficiency Solutions Inc., established in December 2012 to deliver tailored business consulting services to SMEs, emphasizing strategic planning, business process management, anti-racism, digital adoption, and change management. Morgan also developed PlanIt! Comfort Optimization Blinds™, a product designed to provide thermal barriers while maintaining visibility and protecting light-sensitive items. As an Instructional Facilitator and Lead Mentor at Boundless Accelerator since March 2021, Morgan champions mentorship for women entrepreneurs, targeting decision-making and unconscious bias. Previous experience includes roles at the Region of Peel, where Morgan significantly improved operational efficiency and employee recognition, as well as positions in sales coordination and education, showcasing a strong commitment to enhancing workplace environments and promoting inclusive practices. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary and a Project Management Extension Certification from Mount Royal University.
