Dave Caissy

Dave Caissy serves as Managing Director at Audax Innovation, which focuses on enhancing innovation capabilities within organizations through services such as the Innovation Leaders Club, training and coaching, and implementation support. Caissy is the Founder of the Innovation Leaders Club, an elite network for senior executives in innovation leadership, and has held the position of Content Leader at Toolbox4 Innovators™, where innovation management resources are developed. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Extended Publishing™, aimed at innovating the publishing industry. Caissy was a Partner at Zins Beauchesne & Associés, a consulting firm specializing in innovation and marketing, and has contributed as a lecturer at multiple academic institutions. Career beginnings include roles as New Product Engineering Manager at Nortel and an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Innovation Management from Polytechnique Montréal and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada.
