Shah Alum is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in email and digital marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital at J.P. Morgan since July 2016, Shah previously held roles including eCRM Manager for EMEA and Consultant at emocial digital, where expertise in email, social, mobile, and digital marketing was applied. Shah also worked as an e-Marketing Consultant at Wildfire HQ Marketing, Manager of Marketing Solutions at Naked Communications Europe, and Campaign Manager at Intela, achieving significant revenue targets through email campaigns. Shah's early career included roles at eBay Enterprise as a Digital Producer and at Emailvision as a Client Service Consultant, managing key accounts and delivering email marketing best practices. Shah holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster.
