Billy Palmquist started their work experience in 2013 as a Warranty Manager at SERFAS, INC. Billy used CRM to manage customer information, answered warranty calls, and provided product information to dealers. In 2020, they became a Sales Development Representative at GPS Insight, where they set up meetings with potential clients and followed up on leads. In 2021, they joined Stoa as a Business Development Representative, educating new investors on Stoa's processes and handling sales calls. Currently, in 2022, Billy is working as an Account Executive at Innovation Refunds.
Billy Palmquist attended Crean Lutheran High School (CLHS), although the start and end years of their education there are unknown. Billy did not pursue a specific degree or field of study at CLHS. In addition to their high school education, Billy obtained a certification in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy in October 2022.
