Deb Travers

Entrepreneur in Residence at The Innovation Space

Deb Travers has over twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including expertise in product development, commercial strategy, and project management. Deb has led successful teams that have resulted in two FDA approvals and significant revenue growth for Endo's $1.6B Pharmaceutical business. Deb is currently the Entrepreneur In Residence at Delaware Innovation Space, where they provide mentorship and support to early-stage companies. Deb is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of POLYAURUM LLC, a company that they founded in 2015.

Deb Travers has a BS in Medical Technology from Cedar Crest College, and a Professional Certification in Project Management from Villanova University. Deb also has a Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership, and a Medical Marketing degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Additionally, they have a Strategic Marketing degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an Integrating Finance and Marketing degree from The Wharton School. Finally, they have a Managing Technology and Innovation degree from The Wharton School.
