Rachel Rosner

Rachel Rosner is an experienced professional in education and community engagement, currently serving as the NYS Ready to Learn Statewide Partnerships Manager at WXXI Public Broadcasting Council since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel contributed to AutismUp for over a decade, holding positions such as Director of Community Education and Director of Education and Training, where responsibilities included overseeing parent training workshops and community support programs. Additionally, Rachel's expertise extends to consulting and training service professionals to enhance understanding of autism spectrum disorders. Earlier roles include Program Coordinator at UNYFEAT and leadership positions at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Rochester, including Director of Wolk Children's Center and Jewish Book Festival Director. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education from Syracuse University.
