Project Manager, Move To Include at WXXI Public Broadcasting Council

Sarah Murphy Abbamonte, MPA, currently serves as Project Manager for the Move to Include initiative at WXXI Public Broadcasting Council, a program focused on promoting inclusion and addressing disability issues through media. Abbamonte is also an inaugural member of the Next-Gen Leaders cohort at the White House Historical Association, advocating for history and civics. Previous positions include roles at Business to Arts, Grassroots Analytics, The George Washington University, The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Girl Scouts of Western New York, and the National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House, where Abbamonte utilized skills in operations, fundraising, communications, and community engagement. Education includes a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from SUNY Brockport, alongside graduate studies in Irish Literature and History at the University of Galway.
