Jodi L. Allison, CAP, OM, MEP, ACEA, currently serves as the Executive Assistant Office Manager at Innovation Works since October 2025 and is a Certified Member at Leader Assistant since April 2020. Previous experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant at Audia from August 2024 to September 2025, and as Chief Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager at HarbisonWalker International from October 2018 to August 2024, where Jodi also worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to these positions, Jodi held executive assistant roles at Evoqua Water Technologies and ANSYS, Inc., assisting high-level executives. Jodi's career began with an administrative assistant position at Robert Morris University, following an Associate Degree in Executive Secretarial Studies from Laurel Business Institute.
