Ritika Kashyap has a strong background in client solutions and relationship management. Ritika started their career as a Client Solutions Executive at MobileCoderz in 2010, where they were responsible for managing client relationships, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. In 2013, they moved on to WebMobril Technologies as a Client Solutions Specialist, where their responsibilities remained similar. In 2015, Ritika joined InnovationM as a Client Solutions Manager, focusing on relationship management and understanding client requirements. Ritika later took on the role of Vice President Client Solutions, where they were responsible for client interaction, identifying new sales leads, improving information quality, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Ritika Kashyap earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management in 2008. In 2010, they completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
