Jackie currently holds the position of Director of Creative & Administrative Services at Innovations for Learning, where Jackie oversees company deliverables and serves as a liaison between internal staff and external services. Prior to this, Jackie worked as the Director of Technical Support Services at Houghton Mifflin Learning Technology and as the Print & Production Manager at Cognitive Concepts.
