Allison Stone

Allison Stone is IPA's Regional Director for West Africa. Most recently, she served as IPA's Program Director of East Africa, supporting IPA's East Africa country portfolio with project development, research oversight, and operations. Allison previously held roles as Deputy Country Director and Research Manager for IPA Kenya. In her role as DCD, Allison oversaw more than 35 concurrent impact evaluations at IPA Kenya, ensuring sound research management and data quality; conducted project development; and oversaw operations for the country office. Prior to joining IPA, Allison worked with Columbia University's School of Public Health, leading health systems research studies in Ghana and Tanzania. She holds an MHS in International Health from Johns Hopkins University and a BS in Physiology from Michigan State University.
