Delphine Nishimwe

Delphine Nishimwe is an experienced finance and operations professional with a strong background in grant management and compliance. Currently serving as an Invoicing Manager, Grants Finance Management Officer, and Grants Coordinator at Innovations for Poverty Action since January 2020, Delphine has developed expertise in financial oversight and operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Delphine worked as a Risk and Operations Analyst at Kenya Climate Change Working Group and as a Compliance Officer at One Acre Fund. Additional experience includes finance and commercial internships at Africa olleh Services and RwandAir Ltd. Delphine holds a Master’s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, both from Kigali Independent University.
