Ishmail Azindoo Baako

Ishmail Azindoo Baako is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data collection and project management, currently serving as the Regional Technical Manager for Innovations for Poverty Action in Ghana and West Africa since May 2016. Ishmail has led teams in providing technical support for various projects, focusing on the development of electronic survey instruments and data quality assurance systems, and has also held previous roles including Research Quality Coordinator and Survey and Data Coordinator. With a background that includes field management, enumeration, and project coordination across multiple organizations, Ishmail has demonstrated a strong skill set in team leadership, training, and project implementation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cape Coast and a brief study at the University of Oslo.
