Pace Phillips

Pace Phillips is the Director of Business and Program Development at IPA. He previously served as Deputy Country Director of IPA Ghana, where he managed the Accra office, oversaw numerous impact evaluations, and led new project development. Before joining IPA, he worked at the Center for Public Policy Priorities and Yosemite National Park. He has also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Malawi. Pace holds an MA in Global Policy Studies from the LBJ School of Public Policy at the University of Texas and a BA from Bard College.
