Shana Warren

Shana Warren is the Research Scientist on IPA's Path-to-Scale Research (PSR) team. She is responsible for identifying opportunities to bring evidence-based approaches to development challenges along the path to scale, and serving as a PI on PSR projects. Shana also serves as an internal resource and co-PI on IPA-led research In response to COVID-19, and she has been a co-PI on IPA's flagship RECOVR surveys. She came to IPA with extensive fieldwork experience in sub-Saharan Africa. Shana holds a PhD in Politics from New York University, an MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA in History and French Studies from Rice University.
