Tara Marwah

Tara Marwah is a Senior Policy Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action, leading the IPA Philippines policy team to support governments in using evidence to inform their policies. Tara also worked as a Senior Policy Associate at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), developing the Environment, Energy, and Climate Change sector through the King Climate Action Initiative (K-CAI) in Europe. With experience as an M&E Specialist at GOPA Worldwide Consultants and as a Junior Project Manager at KfW, Tara has expertise in project management and monitoring. Tara's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Trade, Finance, and Development from the Barcelona School of Economics.
