The Innovations Hub Foundation (IHF) is a Polish startup hub specializing in business incubation, pre-acceleration, and the transformation of the pre-seed market in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). At the same time, it serves as a networking organization that brings together some of the most ambitious young founders in Poland who are building technology companies.

Our activities focus on four core pillars:

1. Ecosystem Integrator (Hyper-Connector) and Community Building
At the core of IHF is a community of founders building technology companies. The Foundation develops this community and opens it to relationships with the broader ecosystem. We create a curated environment where founders gain access to capital, mentors, and global networks, enabling knowledge, talent, and collaboration opportunities to flow freely.

2. Professional Incubation Programs
We run advanced incubation and pre-acceleration programs based on proprietary, standardized operational procedures inspired by leading global programs. Each year, hundreds of teams apply to our programs, from which we select and support several new technology companies.

3. Education and Development of Future Talent
The Foundation develops entrepreneurial skills among students, young people, and children — including those from special backgrounds such as foster care. We show real pathways into the world of innovation by teaching project-based thinking, team building, and technology commercialization. Our goal is to inspire young people to consider startups as a potential career path.

4. Think & Do Tank – Designing and Implementing Systemic Solutions
IHF operates as a think & do tank for the Polish startup ecosystem. We design incubation models, founder documentation standards, pre-seed financing pathways, and legislative recommendations. The Foundation also participates in shaping public policies and co-creating national strategies for entrepreneurship and innovation.
