Michael Bayley

Michael Bayley is an experienced professional with a background in mechanical engineering and software development, currently serving as the Software Development Group Leader at Innovative Automation Inc. since May 2016, after roles as a Software Developer and Mechanical Designer. Bayley also has extensive experience in the ski industry, working as a Ski Instructor/Coach at Snow Valley Resort since July 2008, where responsibilities included instructing skiers, setting race courses, and creating promotional video content. Prior to this, Bayley held the position of Ski Coach at Norwesters Alpine Club from December 2012 to March 2016, focusing on safety and athlete development. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) in Mechanical Engineering and an Engineering Technology Diploma from Lakehead University.
