Gina Standlee has held a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry since 2000. Gina began their career at Qwest in 2000 as a Lead Marketing Professional and Network Operations, Routing and Senior Network Engineer. In 2006, they joined Cbeyond as the Director of Order Management / Quality Assurance and Regional Director of Operations, and was promoted to Director of Operations in the same year. In 2013, Standlee became the owner of Two Leaves and A Bloom, and in 2014, they took on the role of Event Planner Chair at Wish Upon a Wedding. Gina joined Comcast Business in 2014 as Senior Director Enterprise PMO, and was promoted to Director Project Management and Director Installation & Services in the same year. In 2020, Standlee became the Vice President Operations for Innovative Business Solutions, LLC., where they are currently overseeing Operations and focusing on post-sale to installation processes and implementation. Additionally, Standlee is the Chair of Board Operations for WICT Rocky Mountain.
Gina Standlee began their educational career at Pueblo South High School from 1989 to 1993. Gina then attended the University of Northern Colorado where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from 1993 to 1996. After that, they attended Webster University and obtained a Master in Telecommunications Management from 2002 to 2005. Most recently, Gina Standlee completed a Certificate in Leadership Program at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business in 2018-2019.
