Dave Powell

Dave Powell is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial and residential lending, as well as business development. As the Co-Founder of Innovative Capital Corporation since October 2018, Dave has successfully established a boutique commercial lending firm offering specialized financing solutions. Previously, as Principal at ColorTechs from May 2011 to October 2018, Dave transformed an automotive body repair business, implementing a strategic financial plan that led to a significant return on investment upon sale. Earlier roles include co-founding a mortgage brokerage focused on residential lending and serving as Vice President at Powell Financial Services, where operational efficiency and business development were prioritized. Dave Powell holds a degree from San Diego State University.
