Becca Reis

Rebecca Reis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and client services, currently serving as the Senior Program Manager and Team Lead at Innovative Captive Strategies since March 2023. Prior to this role, Rebecca spent several years at OutcomesMTM, a Cardinal Health company, where responsibilities included client representation and advocacy as a Supervisor and Consultant for Payer Accounts, as well as earlier positions in client services. Rebecca's career also includes vendor management roles at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where oversight of vendor relationships and administration was key. Starting in recruitment with ACUTE CARE, INC, Rebecca built strong connections to enhance staffing in rural areas. Rebecca holds a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa.
