Ellen Darcy

Ellen Darcy is an accomplished marketing consultant with extensive experience in driving innovative marketing strategies that enhance client experiences and foster employee engagement at Innovative Captive Strategies since March 2019. Previously, Ellen served in various marketing and event management roles at ITA Group, Inc. from September 2006 to March 2019, leading the development and execution of client incentive programs, business meetings, and trade shows. Ellen's early career included a position as a Special Events Intern and Volunteer Coordinator at The Blank Park Zoo, where responsibilities involved assisting in event planning and volunteer management. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences degree in Communication Studies and Journalism from the University of Iowa.
