Since May 2007, Manning has held multiple leadership roles at Innovative Captive Strategies, progressing from Assistant Vice President to President/Shareholder. Prior to this, Manning served as a Program Manager at ITAGroup from August 2006 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa (2008-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business (2000-2004).
