Tim Flattery

Tim Flattery is an experienced captive consultant currently working at Innovative Captive Strategies since November 2019. Flattery has a solid background in risk consulting with previous roles as an Account Executive at Creative Risk Solutions from November 2015 to July 2021 and as a Risk Consultant at Bearence Management Group from August 2011 to October 2015. Additional experience includes coaching positions at Dowling Catholic High School and Johnston High School, and earlier roles in marketing and management, including a position as a marketing representative at Federated Insurance. Flattery holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate Arts degree in Business Administration from Iowa Central Community College.
