Tammie Hendricks Jakes, C.P.A., CVA, serves as the Corporate Controller for ICT Industries, Inc. and also holds the title of Controller for Innovative Chemical Technologies, Inc., both roles fulfilled since January 2014. Previously, Tammie worked as a CPA and CVA at The Henssler Financial Group from March 2007 to December 2013, specializing in tax consulting, business valuations, and small business financial strategies. Tammie's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Accountant/Internal Audit at AGL Resources from June 1996 to March 2007, focusing on audits, financial reporting, and internal controls. Tammie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clayton State University, awarded in 1992.

Founded in 1997, Innovative Chemical Technologies is a vibrant, rapidly growing chemical company that has an extensive range of surface modification technologies, including specialty polymers and surfactants. These technologies provide benefits including repellency, stain resistance, surface wetting and leveling, dispersion, crystal modification, odor neutralization, and cleanability. ICT has three manufacturing sites in Georgia. Research and development facilities including analytical capabilities are located at the sites and in New Jersey.
