Jaclyn Paetsch

Dr. Jaclyn Paetsch, an original owner of Innovative Contracting Services currently serves as the company’s CEO. Her big picture thinking is perfectly balanced with a propensity for attention to detail. These attributes ensure that ICS operations move in synchronicity with the company’s purpose and vision.

Jaclyn is a critical liaison between operations and ownership, proudly representing her two female business partners on the company’s leadership team. Jaclyn is an advocate for a positive work environment, rooted in diversity and inclusion. She consistently strives to have traditionally underrepresented voices heard at the boardroom conference table, in each client project, and every company initiative.
