Troy E. Miles

Troy E. Miles is a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer II at Innovative Defense Technologies since June 2020, overseeing the training of new staff and managing infrastructure for both classified and unclassified lab environments. Prior experience includes leadership roles at PTC, where responsibilities encompassed team management and datacenter operations in Cloud Infrastructure and Services. With a strong background in systems administration, Miles has held positions at various companies, including NetIDEAS, Gnostech, and Comtech Mobile Datacom, providing expertise in UNIX systems and network operations. An accomplished military intelligence officer in the United States Army National Guard, Miles is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cloud Computing Architecture at the University of Maryland Global Campus, building on a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
