Jo Won

Jo Won is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily in Santa Monica but also in Seattle and downtown Los Angeles. Beginning their career with Wolfgang Puck in the 1990s, Jo advanced to leadership roles, including General Manager positions at Monsoon Cafe and Lucky Strike Entertainment, where they excelled in team development, talent recruitment, and operational oversight. Currently serving as the General Manager at Innovative Dining Group, Jo remains committed to cultivating effective teams and enhancing guest experiences while pursuing a degree in Psychology at Santa Monica College.
