Bart Spencer

Bart Spencer is the Director of Emergency Management - Western Operations at Tetra Tech since 2018. Bart also serves as the Operations Manager and Head of Business Services at Innovative Drive Corporation. In the past, Bart was the Emergency Services Manager at Central County Fire Department and the Director at Menlo Park Fire Protection District. Bart also held the role of Regional Director at Cooper Notification / Roam Secure and Emergency Services Coordinator at the County of San Mateo Office of Emergency Services. Bart holds an MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Santa Clara University, a degree in EMT & Paramedic from Shelby State College, and a BA in History from Rhodes College.
