Cathy A. Fetgatter

Cathy A. Fetgatter has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Cathy A. began their career as an Attorney at McGuireWoods, where they focused on complex commercial and securities litigation, export control compliance, and FCPA. During this time, they participated in depositions and witness interviews, conducted legal research, and drafted pleadings and legal memoranda.

Following their time at McGuireWoods, Cathy joined IE Discovery, Inc. as a Project Manager. Here, they planned, directed, and coordinated the management of litigation projects, acted as a liaison to attorneys to integrate technology for pretrial/trial support and daily operations, and managed large-scale document collection and review efforts.

In 2012, Cathy joined Innovative Driven as the Senior Vice President of Analytics & Managed Review Services. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, they were responsible for value chain, workflow, and process improvement, executing change management initiatives, and strategic planning. Cathy A.'srole also involved designing, developing, implementing, and managing customized review processes according to client litigation goals and constraints. Cathy provided expert consultation and strategy implementation including budget planning, review set-up and organization, workflow management, quality assurance methodologies, and use of analytics and technology-assisted review.

Cathy A. Fetgatter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at the University of Virginia from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the American University Washington College of Law, studying from 2001 to 2004. Cathy furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance at the American University - Kogod School of Business, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005.
