Rasik Dudhagra

Rasik Dudhagra began their work experience as a Senior System Engineer at Sheladia Associates Inc in 1998. Rasik managed the IT infrastructure and implemented system policies and an enterprise messaging system.

In 2002, Dudhagra became the Director of System Engineering at Capital Legal Solutions, where they designed e-discovery processes and supported hosting infrastructure. Rasik also demonstrated expertise in electronic data collection, restoration, and troubleshooting computer forensics cases.

From 2007 to 2009, Dudhagra worked as the Director of Information Technology at Reverence Technologies, LLC, overseeing automation projects and managing ESI security and storage infrastructure.

From 2009 to 2012, Dudhagra served as the Manager of Public Sector Services at Acumen Solutions, focusing on designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.

Dudhagra then joined Driven, Inc. in 2012 as IT Operations Manager before being promoted to IT Director in 2016. In this role, they developed and executed technology solutions for clients, conducted IT assessments, and led teams in implementing the latest technology.

Currently, Dudhagra is the Director of Information Technology at Innovative Driven, starting in October 2021.

Rasik Dudhagra completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from Bhavnagar University in Bhavnagar, India, from 1986 to 1990. Rasik then pursued a Master's degree in MIS (Master of Information Technology) from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an MCDBA (Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator) certification from Northern Virginia Community College from 2002 to 2003. In 1999 to 2000, Rasik earned an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Digital Education Corporation. Moreover, in 2008, they attended Global Knowledge Institute to specialize in IT Security and Exchange Messaging, obtaining an MCITP/MCSE (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) certification.
