Our mission is to solve the housing crisis by empowering nonprofits to build affordable, inclusive communities that foster growth, stability, and a better quality of life for every resident.

Our Core Values:
Community - Fostering inclusive, supportive environments
Innovation - Adopting modern building techniques
Collaboration - Partnering for maximum impact
Affordability - Making housing accessible to all
Sustainability - Promoting long-term environmental stewardship

Our vision is a future where everyone has access to safe, affordable housing within vibrant, inclusive communities. By empowering nonprofits and leveraging innovative construction technologies, we aim to transform the housing landscape across the nation—one community at a time.

If you are a nonprofit organization who would like to see our housing crisis resolved and affordable supportive housing communities made available to ALL, please get in touch with me (Tom Heckman) to discuss how together we can make that happen!
