Brandy Anderson

Director, Curriculum and Guidance Services at Innovative Education Management

Brandy Anderson serves as the Director of Curriculum & Guidance for all IEM charter schools. He is the father of 6 children, with the four oldest attending South Sutter Charter School. As a homeschooling parent, he understands the challenges and rewards of homeschooling your children. In the area of Curriculum, his department coordinates all aspects of the RtI (Response to Instruction) program, English Learner student support, student learning analytics, and the training of parents and teachers in various curriculum options, educational approaches, and ongoing trainings on the CA state standards. In the area of Guidance, his team of Guidance Coordinators work closely with each high school family to help them navigate through various high school pathways so that each student can develop a plan to achieve their career and college goals. Brandy Anderson has a Bachelor’s degree in Botany (UCSB) and M.S. / Ph.D. in Soil Science (Univ. of Vermont), with Single Subject Teaching Credentials in Geoscience and Biological Science.
