Brooke Higgins is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at Innovative Freeze-Dried Food since October 2019, Brooke previously held the position of Quality Control Manager at Creations Foods from February 2017 to October 2019. Earlier roles include Quality Assurance Specialist at Labelle Colostrum for a brief period, QC Tech II at the American Red Cross from January 2014 to December 2016, and a sclerochronologist at PSMFC from November 2011 to December 2014. Brooke's career began as a Crew Member with the Washington Conservation Corps and as a Production Crew Member at Value Village Thrift Stores. Educationally, Brooke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Western Washington University, with prior studies at Washington State University.
