Carolyn Sherry

Carolyn Sherry is currently a Project Manager at Innovative Genomics Institute. Prior to that, they served as Store Leader & District Recruiting Support Lead at Warby Parker from October 2017 to August 2020. In that role, they were responsible for recruiting for all positions in the Northwest Market (11 stores) and served as the District Training Lead, responsible for establishing training programs and onboarding new leaders for the market/company (directly responsible for 22 stores/locations). Prior to Warby Parker, Carolyn was the General Manager at Gap Inc./ Banana Republic from July 2015 to April 2017 and Store Manager at Bath & Body Works from October 2013 to July 2015. Carolyn began their career as a Real Estate Consultant at Red Oak Realty from January 2005 to December 2009 and Store Manager at Bare Escentuals from January 2003 to December 2005.

Carolyn Sherry has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Francisco State University's College of Business, with a focus in Sustainability Studies and Decision Sciences.
