Sheetal Shetty

Sheetal Shetty is a skilled bioinformatics professional with extensive experience in research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Research Scientist in Bioinformatics at Dignity Health and an Associate Bioinformatics Scientist at Innovative Gx Health, Sheetal has also held the position of Bioinformatics Scientist at Phoenix Children's since June 2019. This role includes bioinformatics pipeline development for exome sequencing, RNA-Seq, and whole genome sequencing using tools like BWA, GATK, and STAR.
