Beth Decker

Beth Decker has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Founder of PCCHR LLC since September 2021. Prior to this role, Beth has been the Human Resource Manager at Innovative Healthcare Systems, Inc. since 1999, specializing in benefits administration, recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR support. Additional experience includes roles as an Administrator and executive support positions in the oil and gas industry, including with Chesapeake Energy, where significant contributions were made as a Division Order Analyst and as the Executive Assistant to the CEO. Earlier roles included positions at Jaytex Oil and Gas, Kerr McGee Chemical, and as a Legal Assistant, showcasing a well-rounded background in administration, legal documentation, and resource management across various sectors.
