Michael Horton

Michael Horton is an experienced Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Innovative Hearth Products since December 2014, following a brief role as a Production Team Member at Navistar Inc. in late 2014. Previously, Michael worked as Continuous Improvement/Technical Support Manager at izzy+ and held multiple positions at Jami Inc., including Continuous Improvement/Engineering Manager and Operations Improvement Manager, focusing on continuous improvement activities. Early career experiences include Skilled Trades Manager, RCI Manager, Focused Factory Manager, and RCI Engineer at The HON Company, where Michael led numerous kaizen teams. Michael holds a Certified Lean Manager designation from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Heritage Christian University.
